This was my friend's project but somehow it got to my 'to do-list'. I just can't get rid of these 5th-gen Vettes.. I'm not sure what I'll do with it but the starting point is very promising.. 10.5 on 1/4 mile is a good result for a n/a Corvette with IRS.

..anyway.. Here I go again:)

Winter included disassembling drivetrain and engine from the car and changing all typically worn parts to new ones. I improved oil cooling, suspension, electricity, body panel fitment and paint finish.

Almost after running in period the timing chain failed due to ASP underdrive damper and I had to make some head work and buy a bunch of new stuff. Back on the road with light wallet and proper damper.
